Reiki Symbols

Reiki is a spiritual healing art with its roots in Japanese origin. This tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." In other words reiki can be defined as a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. The three primary symbols used in traditional Reiki are Cho Ku Rei (power symbol), Sei He Ki (mental or emotional healing symbol) and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen (distance healing symbol).

Cho Ku Rei or Power Symbol

Increases the power of the energy flow. It can be used anytime during a session. Many practitioners use it in the beginning to get a “power boost”, and in the end to seal the healing energies.

Sei Hei ki or the Mental / Emotional Healing Symbol

It is basically a harmony symbol or a peacemaker. It is used to balance both the right and left side of the brain, thereby bringing in peace, internally and externally.

Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen or the Distance Healing Symbol

It is primarily used to send Reiki to others at a distance. Distance is not a barrier when using this symbol, and a practitioner can send healing energies to people across the room, across town, or even to the other side of the world.

रेकी जापानी मूल में अपनी जड़ों के साथ एक आध्यात्मिक चिकित्सा कला है यह परंपरा 20 वीं शताब्दी की शुरुआत में मिकाओ यूसुई द्वारा स्थापित की गई थी और अपने शोध, अनुभव और समर्पण के परिणामस्वरूप विकसित हुई थी। रेकी शब्द दो जापानी शब्दों से बना है - "रे" जिसका अर्थ है "उच्च शक्ति" और "की" का अर्थ है "जीवन शक्ति ऊर्जा" या हम इसे "प्राण शक्ति" भी कह सकते हैं। तो रेकी वास्तव में "आध्यात्मिक रूप से निर्देशित जीवन शक्ति ऊर्जा है।" दूसरे शब्दों में रेकी को सिद्धांत पर आधारित एक चिकित्सा तकनीक के रूप में परिभाषित किया जा सकता है कि चिकित्सक रोगी के शरीर के प्राकृतिक उपचार प्रक्रियाओं को सक्रिय करने और शारीरिक और भावनात्मक कल्याण को बहाल करने के लिए, स्पर्श के माध्यम से मरीज में ऊर्जा को प्रवाहित कर सकता है। परंपरागत रेकी में इस्तेमाल किए गए तीन प्राथमिक प्रतीकों में चो कू रे (शक्ति प्रतीक), से हे की (मानसिक या भावनात्मक चिकित्सा प्रतीक) और होन शा ज़े शो नेन (दूरी चिकित्सा प्रतीक) शामिल हैं।

चो कू रे (शक्ति प्रतीक)

ऊर्जा प्रवाह की शक्ति बढ़ जाती है यह एक सत्र के दौरान किसी भी समय उपयोग किया जा सकता है। बहुत से चिकित्सकों ने शुरुआत में इसे ‘’पावर बूस्ट’’ करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया, और अंत में चिकित्सा ऊर्जा पर मुहर लगाई|

से हे की (मानसिक या भावनात्मक चिकित्सा प्रतीक)

यह मूल रूप से एक सामंजस्य प्रतीक या शांति प्रतीक है। इसका उपयोग मस्तिष्क के दाएं और बायीं तरफ संतुलन के लिए किया जाता है, जिससे आंतरिक और बाहरी रूप से शांति उत्पन्न होती है।

होन शा ज़े शो नेन (दूरी चिकित्सा प्रतीक)

इसका उपयोग मुख्य रूप से एक दूरी पर दूसरों को रेकी भेजने के लिए किया जाता है। इस प्रतीक का उपयोग करते समय दूरी एक बाधा नहीं है, और एक चिकित्सक शहर भर में, या यहां तक कि दुनिया के दूसरी तरफ के लोगों को चिकित्सा ऊर्जा भेज सकता है।
